Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement and Acceptance

By accessing and using the Excelsis Conceptz website for stage and venue rentals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Rental of Equipments

a. To rent an equipment or service, a non-refundable deposit is required.

b. Full payment is after the event date, within 30 days after the event.

c. Rental details, including date, time, and venue specifications, must be confirmed in writing or email.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Cancellations of Audio Visual rentals are not eligible for a partial refund.

b. Excelsis Conceptz reserves the right to retain the deposit for cancellations.

c. No refunds will be issued for cancellations once quotation has been endorsed.

4. Damages and Liability

a. The client is responsible for any damages to the rented Audio Visual equipments during the rental period.

b. Excelsis Conceptz is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event.

5. Insurance:

a. Clients are advised to obtain event insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

b. Excelsis Conceptz may require proof of insurance before the event.

6. Equipment and Setup:

a. Clients must inform Excelsis Conceptz of any specific equipment or setup requirements in advance.

b. Any additional equipment provided by Excelsis Conceptz will be subject to additional charges.

7. Compliance with Laws:

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their event complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits.

8. Termination of Agreement:

Excelsis Conceptz reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the client violates any terms or conditions.

9. Indemnification:

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Excelsis Conceptz harmless for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the rented stage, venue or equipments.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

By using Excelsis Conceptz’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Excelsis Conceptz reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for updates.

11. Pricing

a. All prices quoted are in SGD (unless otherwise stated) and subjected to prevailing GST.

b. Price quoted are valid for 07 days (unless otherwise stated) or Promo validity date and subjected to change without prior notice.

c. Orders below < S$ 300.00 to be self-collected from Excelsis Conceptz’s Warehouse.

d. An additional S$ 30.00 fee (per delivery) will be imposed if delivery is required.

Self-Collection Time:
10:00 am – 5:00 pm

e. Any request for Re-Delivery will be subjected to a minimum of S$ 30.00. Additional logistics handling services incurred in the process will also be chargeable.

f. Any cancellation of orders is subjected to 100% charge of purchase order value: subject to Excelsis Conceptz’s discretion.

g. Lead time for indent items: 2 to 3 weeks (subject to vendor’s availability of goods). Items under indent basis are non-returnable and non-refundable.

h. We reserve the right to change our product’s prices, after provision of official quotations, but prior to shipment, due to errors, changing marketing conditions, typographical errors, or any other reasons.

i. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold or prohibit a sale altogether.

12.Additional Surcharge

a. All purchase orders that require special handling such as no lift that required manual lifting at destination will be charged additional S$40 per item per drop off point.

b. All purchase orders that require delivery to KEPPEL DISTRIPARK, JURONG ISLAND/PORT and SENTOSA will be charged additional S$30 per Invoice per drop off point.
